Missing Michigan Dog Sparks Community Outrage

As many of us know dogs are not just a simple household pet like a snake, turtle, fish or even a bird. A dog is man's best friend. Sure, cats are on the list of animals we allow to roam free in out living spaces when we're out and about. But as much as I loved my cat, Joslyn, nothing can compare to the reciprocal love between a dog and their master or masters.

Cats may love you for feeding them, watering them and keeping them warm. Occasionally they might even let you pet them. But when it comes to a dog who loves their human there is simply no comparison.

Recently a dog went missing in the Grand Blanc area. I went through a similar situation right before we moved about 20 miles away. In my situation, my cat got out and was never seen from again. Probably because my neighbors at the time had a dog that they would chain outside our door. I can't imagine my cat waiting outside for us to let her in with a huge dog sitting at the door.

I was inundated with calls about a cat roaming the area that looked just like mine. I eventually gave up when I kept showing up more than a dozen times to retrieve the same cat... that wasn't mine.

Now there is another animal that is being looked for, and locals are speculating that someone nearby may have taken the poor dog.
