This Carl's Jr. commercial is hot for many reasons. Sports Illustrated model Sarah Sampaio is in it, there are jalapenos and it features a Motley Crue song!  If we had a Carl's in Flint I would be there with Ironsnake eating a El Diablo burger right now!
