Slash, Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators are back in the studio to create the follow-up to their 2012 album 'Apocalyptic Love.' The top-hatted shredder has offered some recent updates from the studio via his Twitter page for what he's calling a "heavy record," including a couple of Vine videos of the guys in action.

Slash's self-titled solo album, which was released in 2010, was filled with guest musicians such as Ozzy Osbourne, Dave Grohl, Lemmy Kilmister and various former members of Guns N' Roses. When it came time to record Slash's sophomore effort, 'Apocalyptic Love,' Alter Bridge singer Myles Kennedy was recruited as the band's full-time singer while the Conspirators became the official name of Slash's backing band.
