Director Zack Snyder has seemingly packed a whole lot of plot into just one movie, with the introduction of a new Bruce Wayne / Batman, Lex Luthor, Doomsday, the first appearance of Wonder Woman, cameos from Aquaman and The Flash, another look at the death of Bruce Wayne’s parents…and then some. It’s been fairly safe to assume that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice might be cutting it close to three hours, but if this new report is to be believed, it’ll be less than that.

Jared Leto's very... ahem... "contemporary" looking Joker has set the internet on fire, but you'd be hard-pressed to find someone that took it worse than Jack Nicholson.
Early Peek at Batman V. Supes?
Looks like Zack Snyder is trying to steal some of the spotlight from Disney and Lucasfilm. The director will reportedly reveal the first five seconds of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer online just an hour before Star Wars Celebration begins on Thursday. Five seconds sounds pretty lame, which is why Snyder is offering fans a chance to see the entire trailer shortly after…in a theater. Sure, why not.

Every generation has their Batman. Depending on the age of the person you ask, you’ll discover Adam West fans, Michael Keaton fans, Kevin Conroy fans and, if you stare into the darkness long enough, a George Clooney fan. For a certain group of fans, Christian Bale’s take on the Dark Knight always be the definitive interpretation, with his gravelly growl and trademark intensity instantly beating out whatever Ben Affleck brings to the character in ‘Batman vs. Superman.’ Some of these people are going to resent Affleck no matter what. And, in a surprising turn of events, it looks like they can all rally around Bale himself.
