A mid-Michigan lost control of his car around 4 a.m. this morning in Bay County. According to the Sheriff's Department, Kerry Gallagher, of Bay City lost control of his vehicle on River Road in Bay County. After running off the road, he was trapped in a water filled ditch in the overturned vehicle.

The Bay County Sheriff's Department is calling on the public to help identify a man suspected of passing counterfeit cash.
