Broken Arm

This is a crazy coincidence! This officer was trying to arrest a driver for a DUI when the suspect tried to drive off. He tried to stop the vehicle but ended up snapping his arm in the process. A couple minutes later, his daughter happened to be driving by and stopped to comfort him.

Police forcibly remove a student refusing to leave his school bus and break his arm in the process in this jarring security video. The question is were they within their rights or is this a case of excessive force?
