Looks like history was made at the 40th Crim Festival of Races over the weekend. Runner Dathan Ritzenhein became the first American in more than two decades to win the 10-mile race. Unfortunately I couldn't participate this weekend which is probably a good thing for him. You're welcome Dathan.

We are just over a month away from the big race my friends. I have a few more races this month as I train for my 15.6 mile Iron Warrior Dash in September. The goal; raise $1,000 for the American Heart Association.
Thinking about running the Crim but not sure where to start? Stop by VG's in Fenton and Davison tomorrow and get signed up for the CrimFit Adult Trainging Program. Learn more about the training program, meet the Crim's Registered Dietitian, and get in on some giveaways
