Philip Anselmo has issued another apology after Down was removed from the Fortarock festival and has suggested his bandmates carry on without him.

Phil Anselmo and the guys used a couple of minutes of Down-time (get it?) on their current tour to cordially invite you to see them headline at Dirt Fest 2015... and to drink beer.

You'll want to head to Flint, Mich. in early August to catch Down and Coal Chamber leading the Dirt Fest lineup.

Down recently visited Loudwire's offices when they were on tour in New York City. The entire group swarmed on our little studio room to talk about their four-part series of 'Down IV' EPs, all the while anointing themselves the most handsome band in the history of handsome while knocking back a few beers.

The long-awaited beginning of Down‘s upcoming four-part series of EPs has finally been given a name and a release date. The six-track EP, which will be called ‘EP One,’ is set for a Sept. 18 release.
