It wasn't too long ago that we reported on Flint raising taxes and laying off police and firefighters. Luckily, those firefighters will be keeping their jobs, thanks to a $6.9 million dollar grant, which was finalized today by city officials.
Man, talk about your close calls! These three brave firefighters were attempting to ventilate the roof on this building that had caught fire in Dearborn Michigan, when all of a sudden the roof started to collapse from right under their feet. Skyfox was overhead and caught all of the action.
Firefighters are pretty bad ass. You can't go running into a burning building with out a huge set, and you can't go in with out a lot of training. Seconds can mean the difference between life and death, and the smoother the execution, the faster the rescue. These two dudes are pretty smooth.
I think Flint needs to hire these guys. I don't care who you are, that looks fun to me. Probably not as fun when you are racing into a burning building but still though. They would probably have it pretty easy here in Flint too since most of the burning buildings don't have doors or windows to get in their way. Go speed demon go!
