There are some things you could be arrested and prosecuted for in Michigan that you may not be aware of. But one thing you could be prosecuted for involves a law that went into effect last year and is a pretty logical policy aimed at protecting minors.

The November 30th tragedy at Oxford High School has prompted one Michigan lawmaker to introduce legislation requiring gun owners to store firearms away from children.
