What kind of sick piece of crap would do something like this? That is the question a Saginaw County woman is asking after she found her dog shot to death behind her home.

A 26-year-old mother was found dead in her apartment on Sunday morning a leaves behind three children. Authorities are investigating the shooting and have her boyfriend in custody.

Just before 11 p.m. last night, a couple, out for a walk on a utility trail, found a dead body. The trail, in Saginaw, is located right near 17th and Burt Streets.
