Heroin

Heroin use in the Midwest is increasingly up. One local mom who lost her son to an overdose, continues to search for answers in regards to his death and wants to warn everyone about this deadly drug.

A West Virginia baby is expected to make a full recovery after being left in a hot car for 45 minutes. Joseph Myers and Tiffany Freeman were also in the car with their baby, the pair were passed out from heroin use. Jesus Christ.

When you read a story like this you really see how low a person can go. April Corcoran of Ohio is accused of letting her drug dealer have sex with her 11-year-old daughter in exchange for heroin. As if that is not terrible enough, Corcoran even injected the drug into her daughter.

It is a miracle that no children were harmed after a fellow playmate brought over 200 bags of heroin to school. The 4-year-old Delaware girl passed out several bags to kids in her daycare class, thinking it was candy!

Heroin is becoming an epidemic in Michigan. Experts say that with prescription painkillers becoming more expensive and difficult to get, many pill-popping opiate junkies have made the switch to smack.

If you went through the drive-thru at your local McDonald's and asked to "order a toy", you probably wouldn't be expecting to get a happy meal box full of drugs.  That's not the case at a Pittsburgh area restaurant, where a female employee was recently arrested after undercover agents set up a drug buy and recovered ten bags of heroin in a Happy Meal box.

Usually we think of doctors as hero's not heroin thieves. Well at least I didn't until now. An unidentified Russian doctor is accused of removing heroin from a patient's stomach and stealing it.

Talk about a girl who swallows!  This woman is lucky to be alive after being found with four pounds,12 ounces of heroin in her stomach.  Bola Adebisi, 52, arrived at Dulles International Airport in Virginia on March 14th, 2012 from Nigeria with the ingested drugs.
