What happens when an adorable kid gets left alone to defend himself against degenerate robbers while his family goes on a Christmas vacation, twice? Well, that kid grows up to be a really effed up adult in the 'Home Alone' sequel no on was waiting for.

Home Alone was released in theaters on November 16, 1990. It was the #1 movie at the box office for an incredible 12 straight weeks. It stayed in the Top 10 until April. It played in theaters for nine months and earned over $477 million making it the highest grossing live-action comedy of all-time. (At least until The Hangover Part 2 came along).
