If you are going to leave your kid home alone, I would think you worry about what he or she is doing. How about worrying about intruders? It happened in Lapeer County. An 11-year-old was left home alone and scared off an intruder with a gun.

It's believed a man broke into a woman's apartment and left behind a pornographic DVD in her 7 year-old daughter's bedroom while they were sleeping. The little girl woke her mother up to let her know a man had climbed out of her bedroom window.
