Back in December, Jackson County Circuit Court Judge John McBain jumped into action to help restrain a man in his courtroom. After getting 93 days in jail, this guy decided to not go down without a fight. As the officer was trying to cuff him, he fought back.
Some people just don't understand how to act in front of a judge. This lady is at a hearing for being drunk and disorderly. Somehow, she went on a tangent about how she was beaten up. This was only after she told the judge she was a hairdresser and an escort. I think we figured out what happened to the chick from 'Grease.'
This kid has some serious anger issues. After the match ended it looked like everything was fine. Right after he shook his opponents hand, he snapped. The judge didn't even see it coming.
This is why you should always keep your cool in court. This guy was so angry and pissed off he lashed out on the judge. Because of that he ended up getting his bond revoked and receive 364 in jail for contempt of court. A few weeks later though, he appeared before the same judge and apologized.
I guess when Ionia County 64A District Court Judge Raymond Voet posted the policy that says electronic devices that cause a disturbance during court sessions will result in the owner being cited with contempt, he mean business. And that rule applies to everyone, including the Judge.
How dumb do you have to be to get extra fines and jail time after the judge dismisses you? This chick has obviously has a few too many xanny bars in her life.
