Man rides 2 miles on car hood to stop hit and run driver

Don't mess with Elton Kim, or his wife's vehicle for that matter. Mr. Kim witnessed a driver back into his wife's SUV outside of their dry cleaning business. The driver refused to stop, so Kim hopped on the hood for the ride of his life.
