A NASA rocket filled with supplies for the International Space Station exploded during it's launch Tuesday (10/28/14) evening. The rocket was unmanned but there was major damage to the launch facilities.
As a kid I always dreamed of being able to go into space and now thanks to NASA's live-streaming views of earth, I can come a little closer to those dreams. The project, known as the High Definition Earth Viewing experiment, aims to test how cameras perform in the space environment.
