When you live in a building that has some kind of alley nearby phantom pissers are everywhere. Well, it appears that one building superintendent isn't havin' it. He set up a shower on the wall where people prefer to pee on his building; so when people pee on his building, it pees back.

Last time we saw late night talk show host Chelsea Handler in the shower, she was joined by Sandra Bullock. This time Conan O'Brien pops in for some good old fashioned dick slapping! Rub-a-dub-dub!

Every chick I know swears that Chelsea Handler is the funniest woman ever, which maybe true, but I've never watched her show. I may start after seeing this though, if she's going to have celebrities get naked and wet with her.
