After a Michigan driver hit a turkey during his lunch hour yesterday, another Michigan man lost his car in a sinkhole overnight.

Leonard Shoulders, 33, suffered a broken arm and broken leg in the 12- to 15-foot fall into a sinkhole while waiting for the bus - and he fell into a pit infested with rats. Source: Huffpost

Drivers have to re-route onto I-475 as they head north this morning due to a huge sinkhole that opened up on I-75.

Are sinkholes the new a-holes? You know, popping up everywhere? Another sinkhole swallowed two cars in Detroit this past Friday.

I don't know how I missed this story from a few days ago, but maybe you did too. We all know to well that dodging potholes is hard enough, let alone a sinkhole! One very lucky driver, did just that Friday in Detroit. The gaping hole is on Linwood Avenue, and it is expected to take a week or more to fix.
