I don't know how this guy sleeps at night knowing he stole money from Children's Miracle Network.

How low can a person go? Pretty damn low. Rosa Rios, a bus aide in New Jersey is accused of stealing lunch money and food from young students. Rios was discovered after bus surveillance captured her going through backpacks belonging to preschoolers and kindergartners.

Delivering, this clown is doing it wrong. A Fed Ex driver in Texas was caught on tape stealing not one but two dogs from a residence. After the family noticed the dogs were missing they checked their surveillance cameras and were quite shocked by what they saw.

Time to drain a little more faith out of humanity. Not only was this guy stealing liquor, he was so drunk, he didn't realize the whole store was watching him. After that, he took a spill to the floor and then broke the bottle.

Folks in West Virginia catch all kinds of crap for supposedly not being the sharpest tools in the shed. But after reading this story I'd say they've rightfully earned that distinction, as one West Virginia man went into a pet store and decided to steal a two-foot baby alligator by shoving it up his shirt. I can only guess he did this for one of two reasons. Either he has some kind of weird nipple-
