I had a 'Flint First' last night. I went to Tenacity Brewing - yes, the first time. How have I not been in there?

Ryan Kim hosts a video series on YouTube called 'America's Best Friend'. The series spotlights cities and towns all across the country. Kim recently visited Flint and had rave reviews for many businesses including Tenacity Brewing, Vehicle City Tacos, Flint Crepe Company and Factory Two.

Flint is unfortunately most well known for crime and lead-filled water, but I would feel like I was holding out on you if I didn't share with you a few places in Downtown Flint that helped to make my 2015 more fun...and more delicious. Saturday I was able to take a tour of this fabulous Flint brewing company, and I was thoroughly impressed! It's really unique place, downtown in the old fire hall on Grand Traverse and Kearsley.

I had the chance to spend my Saturday afternoon at Tenacity Brewing downtown sampling beer, enjoying the most delicious hot dogs that I've ever had and getting to know  the wonderful people who are making Genesee County a tastier place!

I don't watch much actual television, but I have seen the show Shark Tank, and I think it's cool to see people who have great ideas for business get that boost they need to get the ball rolling. Starting a business can be hella expensive...
