Tiger’s Minor League Affiliate Offers Bacon Shelled Taco at Ballpark [PHOTO]

It looks like the fever sports fans get every spring for baseball has finally met with their year round fever for one of nature’s tastiest treats, BACON!, And thanks to the West Michigan Whitecaps (the Detroit Tiger’s Single-A affiliate club) fans can now enjoy both at the same time with the “Baco”, a taco with it's shell made completely from bacon. The Baco was the top vote getter in this year’s competition for new treats at Fifth-Third Ballpark in Comstock Park, MI. Of course, I think it’s the obvious choice, not because of the copious amounts of bacon it contains, but more or less because of the items it was up against, like Teeny Weenies (little hot dogs in tiny helmets). Yeah, I don’t think guys are going to want to go to the ballpark to grab some Teeny Weenies & watch a ball game. Nah, I think they’d much rather have a Baco and a brew.
