What Are They Building Inside The Old Damon’s Restaurant In Grand Blanc?

It's been a long time since we have seen something in the old abandoned Damon's building on Dort Hwy in Grand Blanc.  For quite some time, I have seen construction crews working on the building but never knew what it was going to become.  After Damon's it was a seafood restaurant for about 10 minutes and has sat vacant ever since.

I pass by this building every day on my way into work.  Yesterday, I noticed they had finally put up a sign as to what it's going to become.  Looks like Grand Blanc will be welcoming a new branch of Michigan Health Specialist.
