Young Girls Hold Down Boy, Strip Him Of His Clothes And Police Call It A Prank?

How's this for an unfair story.  Two young girls in a gated community held down an 11 year old boy and tear his clothes off.  Then they posted the video to Facebook and police are calling it a prank.  If the roles were reversed and it was a boy doing it to a girl, this would definitely be taken more seriously.
