Anne Erickson
Anne Erickson grew up listening to classical music, opera and musical theater tunes, but somewhere along the way, she discovered rock. We still don't know quite how it happened, but hearing bands like the Offspring and Seether opened up a whole new world to Anne, and she has worked in the music field ever since. Anne graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Theatre from Michigan State University, and shortly thereafter, she landed a job as a music writer for Gannett in Michigan. She also scored her first radio job, on an alternative station in Mid-Michigan. Now, Anne works on-air at Banana, and her byline has been seen in a variety of national publications. She has interviewed everyone from Slash to Billy Corgan. Fun fact: Anne doesn't like going to the movies. (I can't sit still that long!) Some of her favorite bands include AFI, Tool, Smashing Pumpkins, A Perfect Circle and Underoath. God bless!
