Crime Stoppers Offering Reward On Michigan Fugitives [VIDEO]

Crime Stoppers is asking the public for help locating two Michigan fugitives. Jeffrey Kryger and Justine Flesher are wanted on charges of manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine and hazardous materials in a restricted area.
