Davison Sex Offender Asks To Be Chemically Castrated [VIDEO]

Larry Hocken, 54, of Davison is a convicted sex offender. This past June he admitted to downloading 2000 images of child pornography. In addition to serving at least 12 years in jail, this creeper is asking to be chemically castrated so he won't commit a similar crime again.

So what exactly is chemical castration? Basically Hocken would be administered medication to reduce testosterone levels. I say just castrate sex offenders period and be done with it! What are your thoughts on this subject?
