Flint Town Throwdown

Four area bands battle it out for a week of airplay in the Flint Town Throwdown. This week's bands are 6 Prong Paw, BulletProof, Bristol Street and After the Minor — listen to the tracks and vote for your favorite now. Don't forget to tune in Monday nights at 10p to hear all this week's bands as well as the winner from the previous week.

“BulletProof” was formed on January 16, 2012 as a hard rock band from the metro-Detroit area. Guitarist Ryan Ryngaert and drummer Joe Rubino played in other bands together before starting BulletProof. After a few months in progress, Vince Rubino joined the band as the bassist. Their search for a frontman proved successful by landing Josh Coates’ vocal style.
Bristol Street

Bristol Street is a collection of different sounds, styles, riffs and melodies. It’s a great mix of rock, funk, reggae, blues and hip hop that all come together to create their smooth signature sound.
After the Minor

After The Minor means that life is too short to sweat the minor problems in it. We have been through a lot as a band and we are living AFTER THE MINOR!

If a band is suspected of hacking the poll -- and trust me, we will know -- we reserve the right to disqualify them at any point during or after the results are final. In other words, let's keep it fair. You don't want to be the one that blows a great opportunity for your favorite band.
