Local Panhandlers – To Give Or Not To Give? [VIDEO]

This is not the first time a news station has hit the streets to investigate local panhandlers. Just maybe the first time with such dramatic music. Watch as WNEM tries to help us answer the question should we give or not these panhandlers?

To be honest I struggle with that question. I feel like I would help with a buck or two or maybe a burger, but I wonder if the person on the corner with the cardboard sign IS really homeless. Unfortunately as you and I both know, that is not always the case.
