If you’re planning on voting in the Nov. 6 general election, time is running out! Michigan residents have only about a week left to register to vote in time for this year’s presidential election.

To put in your vote that day, you must register no later than Oct. 9.

Voters may register in person at county, city or township clerk’s offices or at Secretary of State branch offices. Potential voters may also register by mail with a form that is available at the Secretary of State’s website, michigan.gov/vote. The website also has more information on how to go about registering to vote. It's pretty easy- trust me!

So, get your stuff together and vote, rockers!
