Ozzy Osbourne Pays $10,000 for Yorkie Puppy

Metal music isn’t always synonymous with cute. But, Ozzy Osbourne is certainly getting into the cute game, as the metal icon just spent $10,000 for an adorable Yorkshire terrier puppy.

Ozzy and wife Sharon were out in Beverly Hills on Saturday (July 23) to support Sharon's ‘The Talk’ co-host Holly Robinson Peete at the 13th Annual Design Care, an event associated with Robinson Peete's HollyRod Foundation.

The night, which brought a live auction to raise funds to help families coping with autism and Parkinson's disease, got a little boisterous for the Osbournes, who took part in a bidding war for the Yorkshire terrier puppy. Ozzy and Sharon rarely lose at anything, so it’s no surprise that they scored the puppy.

According to People.com, before the auction began, Sharon saw the 8-week-old rescue puppy and said, "That puppy is divine!"

The bidding began at $5,000, but Ozzy kept outbidding everyone around him, and the auction finally wrapped up with the rockers’ final offer of $10,000.
