Those who've followed 30 Seconds to Mars' career know that their music videos are anything but a typical clip, with frontman Jared Leto often employing his director alter ego Bartholomew Cubbins to create striking short films surrounding the band's music. With a new album ready to go, "Cubbins" is once again behind the film for the artistic new film for the latest Thirty Seconds to Mars

30 Seconds to Mars fans are a committed bunch, but there are some fans who take their devotion to extremes. While speaking on England's XFM, frontman Jared Leto revealed that the strangest thing he's been sent over the years was an ear from an anonymous fan.

It may not quite reach the red planet, but 30 Seconds to Mars are about to make their debut in the realm of outer space. The band's new single 'Up in the Air' will actually be launched into orbit on Friday (March 1) to eventually reach its destination of the International Space Station.

When 30 Seconds to Mars finally wrapped up their monster ‘Guiness Book of World Record’ breaking world tour in support of ‘This Is War,’ the future of the band was a bit unknown. Although they never went on record to say they were breaking up, they never denied the claim either – leaving fans to speculate and fear the worst.

For the past several months, there have been rumors swirling regarding the split of 30 Seconds to Mars. After several ominous statements about their future, the band members are finally setting the record straight...sort of.

It appears that 30 Seconds to Mars are close to entering the Guinness Book of World Records for amount of consecutive shows played in support of an album.

3o Seconds to Mars has been cryptic when addressing the recent break up rumors that have surrounded the band. Frontman Jared Leto now says he doesn't know if he has what it takes to continue the bands grueling recording and touring cycle.

While it's unclear whether 30 Seconds To Mars are headed for a breakup or a long hiatus, they still found time for an MTV 'Unplugged' performance that aired this week. The band pulled out all the stops and even recruited an orchestra and a gospel choir to help them play songs like 'Kings and Queens', 'Hurricane', and a cover of U2's 'Where the Streets Have No Name'.

April 5th marked 17 years from the day of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain's demise. Many people honored the fallen icon yesterday but  I have to say 30STM frontman Jared Leto's impression of Cobain was the weirdest tribute.
