Hinder are back with a lyric video for their new single 'Hit the Ground' featuring new vocalist Nolan Neal.

Austin Winkler's temporary hiatus from Hinder earlier this year turned into a permanent split. The official announcement came last week from his bandmates, and now the singer has spoken out about parting ways with the band, his recent sobriety and starting a new project.

Earlier this year Hinder hit the road without frontman Austin Winkler, leaving fans wondering what the future might hold for the band and their estranged singer. Hinder have now revealed that they have officially parted ways with Winkler.

Rockers Hinder have a jam-packed touring schedule for the next two months so when frontman Austin Winkler requested a temporary leave of absence, the band sprung into action to fill his shoes for their upcoming shows.

Sunday night Hinder rolled through Flint to perform the Banana 101.5 Binge Before X-Mas. It was a sold out show that also included Nonpoint and Charm City Devils. Check out Minty's pics from the show.

Hinder are headlining the Banana’s annual Binge Before Christmas is this Sunday, and who can forget the band’s 2006 hit, ‘Lips of an Angel?’ I have a soft spot for rockers who can really pull off a ballad, and that’s just what Hinder did with this track, which was inescapable back when it was released. Hard rockers Hinder are back with a new album, ‘Welcome to the Freakshow,’ out Dec. 4, and frontman Austin Winkler isn’t holding back when it comes to opening up about the inspiration behind the album’s heavy tracks. Winkler says most of the songs are a reflection of “a really, really dark drug binge,” which drove him to rehab after the band finished the album.

The holidays are upon us and it's time for the annual Banana 101.5 Binge Before Xmas!  Coming up Sunday, December 9th the binge returns featuring Hinder, Nonpoint, and Charm City Devils.
