Muse have been teasing their new album Drones for quite some time now in the form of various studio clips.

In a few recent Instagram posts, eclectic sci-fi rockers Muse have confirmed the name of their upcoming new album to be titled 'Drones.'

Muse drummer Dom Howard has enlightened fans in an Instagram post with confirmation that the band has begun work on their seventh studio album.

L.A. rock quartet Dead Sara have been a touring machine in 2012, hitting the road as support for such bands as the Used, Chevelle, Bush and much more. Now Dead Sara are set to get their biggest exposure yet by opening for UK rockers Muse on their 2013 North American trek.

Last night (Oct. 6), Muse brought their outsized sound to 'Saturday Night Live,' performing two songs from their just-released sixth album, 'The 2nd Law.' The British foursome served up 'Madness,' a shimmery, U2-style stadium jam (above), and 'Panic Station,' a Queen-worthy dance-rock party-starter, complete with slap bass and brass (below)...

Plenty of Muse fans have been eagerly awaiting the band's new album, 'The 2nd Law' -- but few of them are more famous, or more problematic for the members of the band, than right-wing TV and radio personality Glenn Beck.

Muse certainly explored new sonic territories with their recent dubstep-inspired track 'Unsustainable,' and now the British rockers drift even further from their original, um, muse with a cover of Prince's 'Sign o' the Times,' recorded earlier today at the BBC’s Radio One Live Lounge.
