The last time Pop Evil was in town to play at The Machine Shop, frontman Leigh Kakaty swung by Tony's house to chat for a few in a more casual setting. Of course, we were there to get it on video! Leigh talks about touring, what to expect from the new album, gives advice to upcoming bands and plenty more. Check it out!

Pop Evil have just released the video for 'Torn To Pieces'. The song deals with the loss of loved ones, specifically lead singer Leigh Kakaty's father, who is featured throughout the video.

Pop Evil rolled back into Flint over the weekend for another performance at The Machine Shop. This time around the band performed a few of their songs acoustically to a sold out crowd and Minty was there to catch the action.

What an amazing 40th birthday I had at The Machine Shop this past Sunday night. I couldn't of asked for a cooler bunch of guys than Pop Evil to headline the evening. Things got a little blurry for me by the end of the night, so it's a good thing Minty was on hand to get these killer pics from the show.

Well, the Pop Evil show on Jan. 26 at the Machine Shop is officially sold out. That's not a surprise, seeing as the show is Tony LaBrie's birthday bash, plus features popular '80s band Ironsnake. If you missed out on getting tickets, no worries. Check out some of the other shows coming up at the Shop this month below!

Pop Evil recently released a trilogy video that includes 'Behind Closed Doors', Deal With The Devil' and 'Trenches'. Here you'll see all three videos that includes a narration that ties all three songs and videos together. Honestly I can't think of a band that has done something this cool with more than one video.

Pop Evil are wrapping up their video trilogy with 'Behind Closed Doors,' the third clip directed by Johan Carlen. Within the scope of the trilogy, the video is actually meant to be the first portion of a story that has been told in reverse, starting with 'Trenches' and 'Deal With the Devil.' All three songs appear on the band's 2013 album 'Onyx.'

Coming up in January, our fearless leader will be turning 40 years old.  Since we can't just have a lame party, we are heading back to The Machine Shop.  Join the Banana Crew as Pop Evil will be taking the stage along with Ironsnake and Sour Jane.  Get the details here.

Having a song go all the way to No. 1 is a once in a lifetime event for many bands, but Pop Evil have managed to claim the top spot on the Active Rock chart for the second time this year with their single 'Deal With the Devil,' which follows fellow chart-topper 'Trenches.'

In their new video for ‘Deal With the Devil,’ Pop Evil continue to work their way backwards with the second installment of their video trilogy. ‘Deal With the Devil’ follows in the harrowing footsteps of ‘Trenches,’ piecing the story together in reverse with only ‘Behind Closed Doors’ remaining.

We imagine that bands get tired of answering the same old questions in every interview. So prior to Dirt Fest 2013, we came up with a bunch of trivia questions based on the lyrics of Pop Evil songs and played a little game with the band called Pop Evil Trivia.
