This just goes to show how police are at risk every single day, even during a routine traffic stop. As soon as this Battle Creek police officer approaches this vehicle, the man inside opens fire on him and drives off. Luckily for the officer, the shooter just barely missed his head but was temporarily deafened.

Christ on a cracker - a man was shot yesterday after an altercation occurred inside of Toys R' Us on Linden Rd. in Flint Township. The incident happened roughly 5:30pm in the parking lot. Reports indicate the the was taken to the hospital and will be okay.

A pizza delivery man was shot and killed in Flint early this morning. The shooting happened at roughly 1:00am in the 1800 block of West Genesee on the city's north side. The victim worked for Cottage Inn Pizza on Miller Road and has been identified as David Fuller.

People inside the downtown Flint MTA bus station were terrified Tuesday night, as a gunman opened fire, hitting one man.

Saginaw Township Police believe a shooting at a poker game last week was set up by one of the game players. The incident happened at Camelot Place Apartments on Ivanhoe Drive, leaving one man dead and another injured.

This past weekend Kentucky police officer Darryl Jouett accidentally shot himself inside of an elevator. Lucky for him the bullet to his stomach was not life threatening. Thankfully the woman with him in the elevator was unharmed.

While most of us were sleeping, a 25-year-old Flushing woman was shot in the leg by her boyfriend. The incident happened at roughly 3:30am this morning. Police say the two had been drinking and arguing.

Two people are in custody after a shooting Deville's Lounge on Davison Road, between North Dort Highway and Averill in Flint. The shooting occurred at roughly 1:00am this morning. The two people injured are reportedly in good condition.

This is heartbreaking. A 2-year-old boy lost his life after his father shot him during a domestic argument early yesterday morning. Derrice Alexander has been arrested and charged with aggravated murder for the death of his son, Derrice Alexander Jr.

Fenton police responded to a call regarding a shooting on Monday morning. The call came in at roughly 12:50 p.m., that a male neighbor had shot the caller's father near their home. Officers were on the scene in a matter of minutes.

Four people, including the gunman, were killed and 16 others injured in a shooting at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas Wednesday evening.  Fort Hood officials said the gunman was a soldier who had been receiving mental health treatment and that he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

A mother recording a confrontation between her ex-husband and boyfriend over child visitation, ended up being shot. A punch was thrown between the men and that is when a gun was pulled. That is when things took a definite turn for the worse.
