Anyone that knows me, knows that I love golf! I'm not that good, but I feel if I owned a golf course I would be a lot better. Well, it just so happens that The Rock at Drummond Island is for sale right now. The problem is that I don't have $6.9 million to buy it.

What does this $6.9 million property on Drummond Island include?

For just the small price of $6.9 million, you could own this piece of property that includes:

• 7,800 feet of shoreline frontage on Lake Huron
• A 40-unit condominium hotel
• A private hunt club
• A marina
• An airplane hanger
• Multiple cabins and cottages

How awesome would it be to own this property? The hotel was built in 1990 and sits on the edge of Lake Huron.

Honestly, I have no idea about the value of such a property or what it would take to buy it. However, I did notice that it has been listed for sale on the Remax-Michigan.com website since June 15th, 2019. That means it has been listed for 997 days and, at the time of writing this, it has only had 593 views. Apparently, there aren't many people in the market for a beautiful golf course on Drummond Island.

I would love to visit this course and property this year.
