Kick off Mother's Day weekend in downtown Lapeer. Friday, May 7th, is the annual Ladies Night Out event to benefit Lapeer Area Citizens Against Domestic Abuse (LACADA).

- New women's underwear (small and medium)
- New women's pajamas (small and medium)
- Toilet paper

- Shaving cream
- Face wash

For a complete list of donation items, see below.
If you cannot make it out to the event Friday, keep in mind you can make a monetary donation too. LACADA is a non-profit organization and provides all services free of charge and free of discrimination against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, physical challenge, sexual preference, gender, creed or age in participation in its programs.
If you are planning to attend, the starting point will be at the Lapeer Courthouse. You can drop off your LACADA donations there, and the first 300 people will receive a free tote bag. I thank you in advance for making this awesome event such a success year after year.
