Love Food:
A wholesome family-owned grocery that stocks local produce in Grand Rapids, Kingma’s Market has won a loyal following thanks to its wide range of produce and its famous wall of candy. There’s a huge selection of wines and beers, plus health foods such as tempeh (meat substitute made from soy) sausages, kombucha, and miso paste. There’s also a large selection of houseplants.
The big question is what truly makes Kingma's Market stand apart from the rest? Well, it didn't take long to figure out the answer to that question. All I had to do was look at their Facebook and see all that they have to offer.
They have a large variety of meat sticks as you'll see in the photo below. Bring on the jalapeno sticks!
The seafood is what sold me. They even have fresh oysters which are so hard to find where I live.
I can genuinely understand why Kingma's Market was named the best grocery store in Michigan. Too bad it's a two-hour drive from Grand Blanc.
