Butthole Tattoos Becoming More Common [VIDEO]

When you're getting tattooed, there are some parts of the body that hurt worse than others.  The back of the knees, the ribs and the spine are all painful, but none of those can be as painful as the newest trend in ink, butthole tattoos.

I'm not against tattooing, but butthole tatts are a bit much for me.  The chick in this video obviously feels differently, as she has multiple butthole tattoos, including the name of one of her exes.  You can tell this chick is friggin insane and she's sorta hot, but I still feel bad for the tattoo artist.  Is it even possible to shave and sanitize that area of the body?
