Why is There a Gigantic Castle Sitting in Grandville, Michigan?
If you've never been to Grandville, Michigan, you probably had no idea this massive castle existed. If you live in Grandville, you're well aware that's for sure.

Grandville is located in Kent County, just southwest of Grand Rapids. That's where Mark Burnash of Flint was when he first spotted the massive castle earlier this week.
Burnash shared a photo of the castle on Facebook.
Mark Burnash:
I don't know what's going on here. I was in an automotive area dropping off vehicles. I pulled up to a stoplight while leaving, looked over, and BAM! Epic castle out of nowhere! There's a Muffler Man across the street.
Intrigued by Mark's wild discovery, we decided to do a little digging to try and figure out what this gigantic structure was.
A lot of people think that it's a hotel or some kind of resort after seeing it for the first time. However, they're wrong.
What is That Gigantic Castle Sitting in Grandville, Michigan?
It's a massive apartment complex called The Grand Castle.
The Grand Castle's design was inspired by the Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria.
Are the Apartments Expensive?
The Grand Castle has studio apartments along with 1 to 3-bedroom units as well. Prices range from roughly $1,000 to just over $2,200 a month.
