Cat Hotel Owner Speaks Cat

It takes a certain type of person to own a cat.  It takes an insane type of person to have a cat hotel and speak to the cats. 

People who have a bunch of animals always make me shake my head.  Where do they get the money to feed these things and how are they okay with the filth?
