Second Michigan CAVA Location Now Open In Detroit

Downtown Detroit is home to Michigan's second CAVA location.

The new spot opened today, September 26th, 2025. The first Michigan CAVA opened in July 2025 in Canton.

Is this the first time you are hearing about CAVA?  The place is a fast-casual restaurant offering Mediterranean-inspired food, known for its fresh, made-to-order bowls, pitas, and salads that customers can fully customize.

The CAVA mission statement is as follows,
