Cedar Point’s HalloWeekends Returns With All the Scares This Weekend
Starting this Friday, Cedar Point reopens for the scariest time of the year...Halloweekends. I haven't been to Halloweekends at Cedar Point in years but I'm hoping that will change this year.
Halloweekends is my favorite time to go because the air is usually cooler and it's not so brutal standing in line to get on a ride. Plus the overall vibe is killer and nothing like what you experience during the summer months.
What to expect at Halloweekends
During the day, Halloweekends features their Tricks and Treats Fall Fest which includes a costume contest (kids 12 and under), pumpkin decorating (no carving), trick-or-treating, Howlin' Hay and Tricky Corn Maze, a challenge course, themed midway games, handcrafted mask making and more.
At night, Haunt takes over select areas of the park with six outdoor fright zones and five haunted houses. You'll be forced to face your fears with hovering fog and wild lights that take over the midway. It's really hard to paint a picture of what they do. You really have to check it out for yourself if you've never been there. It's super cool.
What are Cedar Point's hours during Halloweekends?
