According to Click on Detroit, the Michigan Department of Treasury has revamped its website to make it easier for residents to check if they have unclaimed property.

It’s actually super easy to see if you’ve got unclaimed money. You simply visit the Michigan Unclaimed Property website and fill out the required information, including your name or business. After that, the site walks you through everything with simple step-by-step instructions.
