Clear Your Windshield Completely or Pay The Price [VIDEO]

I think most of us are guilty of doing this a few times in our life. We're running late for something and instead of clearing our windshield completely, we clear only enough to see out of. Obviously, it's very dangerous but did you know you can get a ticket for this? I think even though many know it's possible to get a ticket, they take that chance anyway.

I see people all the time with the smallest section cleared, just enough to see right in front of them. I always think those people are nuts. I've never been quite that bad but I am guilty of not getting all the ice off.
