Are you having trouble staying focused at work today because you're an emotional disaster after watching the 'Game of Thrones' Finale last night? Well, thankfully help is just a few clicks away. I wish I was joking but "Game of Thrones" therapy is indeed a real thing.

According to Bark, an online local service marketplace, you can find a counselor to help guide you through life after "Thrones." The professionals will help them digest their feelings and interpretation of the show, which could range from anger and confusion to sadness and grief.

It's so hard for me to read the above and not laugh. Earlier today I saw a video of someone literally crying online because they were unhappy with the finale and all of season 8. Look, I didn't think it was greatest either but I didn't let it turn me into some basketcase. I was like, well, that was disappointing and then I went to bed. Some people had to take off work today because they were emotionally destroyed.

Fans can book 30-minute or 60-minute sessions for about $25-$50 depending on the length. Select if you want a face-to-face, group session or online, and you're on your way to getting the help you need.

I went on the site to see if I could find help locally just to see what would happen, apparently, there's help in our area...whew!

I have to admit, I was pretty bummed there weren't very many boob scenes in season 8...I wonder if there's therapy for that?
