People have some weird obsession out there, but this guy takes weird to an all new level, as he literally loves balloons.  Check this nut job out.

I'm going to have to go out on a limb and assume that this dude is single.  And probably has never touched a boob.  When the dude claims the balloons are his family and shoves one up his shirt, I seriously got the heebie jeebies.  What a nut job.
