Davison Car Cruise Kicks Off Tonight – Runs Through Summer
Calling all classic car lovers - Cruisin' Flag City in Davison is happening! The event kicks off tonight and will run every Friday night throughout the summer. You do not have to own a hot rod or vintage car to enjoy this event. I have the breakdown of all the event details here.
Where exactly are the cars lined up?
Cars will be parked on Main Street. The street will be closed for through traffic at 5:00 PM on cruise nights. No classic cars are permitted to park until the street is closed. If you would like to display your classic ride, you must register at the tent at Second Street and and Main Street. There will be a 'Best in Show' award every Friday night.
What time should spectators arrive?
Cruise hours are 6:00 PM - to 8:00 PM. Be sure to give yourself time to explore Davison shops.
Will there be food?
Yes, area restaurants will be open. There will also be vendors selling hot dogs & hamburgers.
What kind of classic cars can I expect to see?
Every Friday Cruisin' Flag City will feature a specific car model. Some evenings also spotlight special groups and orginizations. The dates and featured vehicles are as follow,
