Detroit Lions Search For Cheerleaders

For the first time in over 40 years Lions fans can expect to see cheerleaders rooting the team on. The last time that the Lions had cheerleaders was 1974 when their home field was Tiger Stadium. 

The team will be holding tryouts for the new cheerleaders on Saturday, June 25th. If you are looking for more information on the tryouts, click here. The new cheerleaders will be making their debut and the Lions home opener on September 18th against the Titans.

Bottom line, we at least have something good to look at if the Lions are losing.
